and team members need skills in setting realistic goals, organizing
for action, developing tactical plans, and reinforcing good performance.

Program Description
This highly interactive and comprehensive module focuses on
the necessity of careful planning and organization, and aids
participants in setting correct goals. Participants identify
personal and company vision and values, strategies for organizing,
and set S.M.A.R.T. goals, then create a plan to reinforce the
new skills and behaviors that they want to be put in place. Through
a simulation, participants will learn the high cost of poor planning
and the importance of goals. Participants interact with the instructor
and each other, experiencing exercises and practice sessions,
which reinforce the skills that are then meaningfully applied
to everyday work situations.
