Program Description
This two-day Performance Management Workshop is a highly interactive
experience designed to help managers understand the logistics
of the "performance management system" and then put the necessary
performance Management Training into action in the workplace. Each
segment builds on the prior one and uses simulations and exercises
geared to your company's unique environment, while still emphasizing
the communication and goal alignment necessary for success.
It opens by introducing the Performance Management System, and
includes developing performance expectations (standards), tracking
performance and giving feedback, and reviewing performance. Participants
practice a performance review and receive sample tools, examples
and employee cases to work with. This module leads them from
an informal review up through the formal yearly performance evaluation.
