interactive module introduces the Performance Management System,
a comprehensive system for guiding the performance of employees.
It includes developing performance expectations (standards),
tracking performance and giving feedback, and reviewing performance.
Participants practice a performance review and receive sample
tools, examples and actual cases to work with. This module leads
them from an informal review up through the formal yearly performance
evaluation. Performance management is easily customized to match
your company's standard procedure while still emphasizing the
communication and goal alignment necessary for success.
