Program Description
This highly interactive module emphasizes techniques managers
can use to determine individual motivating factors for their
employees. The need to create an environment that allows for
motivation is discussed and a simulation is performed that points
out the necessity for fostering a collaborative environment.
Ways of motivating employees and different types of reinforcement
are introduced to participants. Participants also use tools to
create a plan for reinforcing productive behavior.
