Impact on the Organization
Since we live at a time when organizations are constantly changing,
success is now determined by how well the changes are implemented
and whether the hoped-for gains can be achieved. This success
is a direct result of knowing how to identify obstacles, assess
resistance, plan for action, build commitment, and rapidly make
adjustments. The skills for managing change are essential components
in the organization’s survival kit.

Program Description
This module will assist participants in understanding the dynamics
of change (organizational change or company redirection/re-focus)
in their organization. It focuses on the necessary steps for
planning a change effort and some of the tools and approaches
used to implement a successful change program. Participants will
develop a step-by-step approach for diagnosing, planning and
implementing a change program on a current change effort in their
own department/company. Participants experience appropriate simulations,
exercises, and practice sessions, to enhance the understanding
major concepts.
