marketing, finding the best use of resources and people, etc.

Program Description
This module reviews the process of innovation, and provides
an opportunity for participants to explore what it takes to be
innovative in their organization. Roadblocks to change are presented
and strategies to overcome these roadblocks are developed. The
concept of paradigms is presented and discussed to better understand
their impact on how we think about business. Practical tools
to generate ideas to improve work situations are discussed and
practiced.
