to look for evidence during the interview that the person can
do the job, and what behavior and character traits fit with participants'
organization. Interviewing guidelines, preparing for, opening
and conducting the interview are also discussed. Legal issues
that apply to anyone considering a part of a company's official
applicant pool are also examined. Finally, the steps to take
after the interview are examined and participants conduct a practice
interview.
