Program Description
This topic is designed to teach participants techniques that will facilitate active listening, showing respect and appreciation, and soliciting feedback from others. Participants learn their own DiSC behavioral style, how to effectively interact with other styles, and how to motivate others. Through a series of exercises, they learn how these new insights and communication skills result in reduced conflict, better teamwork, and enhanced productivity.
