State Funding
State funding could have a potentially huge value for your organization. As an example, Quest has helped California clients obtain over $20 million to finance the training and development of their workforce!
The quick, easy way to access these funds is to join our Training Consortium, which is described fully below. However, if you have your own training consultants, or some very specialized needs, we can help you obtain and administer your own state
training grant.
Easy, Accessible State-Funded Training
for Your Employees
Most of our clients prefer to avoid the paperwork and the complexities of dealing directly with the State by participating in our existing grant. The Consortium does all the work for you. All you need to do is identify the needs for training (and we can help you with that) and we will design together a program that addresses the needs of your managers and your entire workforce.
In the last ten years, the Consortium has received over $8,000,000 in State of California funding and successfully trained over 8,000 employees in 400 companies throughout the state.
It's simple. Our Training Consortium handles all the paperwork, collects the state funds, and pays the trainers.
We
help your organization:
- Assess its needs, prepare a training plan, and obtain approvals.
- Select from numerous programs in management, continuous improvement, computer software, sales/service, production, teamwork, basic math and English.
- Plan a 24 to 72 hour curricula.
- Customize the programs to your business needs.
- Schedule the training at convenient times, over a period of 3-4 months.
- Implement the training, on-site, in either English or Spanish.
It's good for you and your employees. Your employees
get the skills they need to be successful on the job and you
utilize State funding to pay the costs. It's fast. Training
can start in as little as three weeks after your decision to
begin!
